Production Time
Everything in the Janice Tan Co. collection is made to order by hand with a production time of 2 to 4 weeks depending on the style you choose. If you order a custom piece with changes, please leave at least 6 weeks for production. The time of shipping is not included.
Payments
We accept payment via the following methods:
PayPal (for both domestic and international customers if you have a PayPal account. Payment will be collected in USD)
Credit Card (for international customers only. Please contact your local bank regarding of the transaction fee they will charge from the payment. e.g. If you order values $100, there is a fixed fee from the $100. So you will have to pay $100 + transaction fee) Payment will be collected in USD.
FPS & Bank transfer (for Hong Kong customers only. Payment will be collected in HKD. A FPS number or bank account number will be provided for you to process payment, please contact me for details)
Alipay & Wechat (for China customers only. Paymet will be collected in RMB, A QR code will be provided for payment processing. please contact me for details)
Shipping Information
All orders are shipped beautifully & safty packaged, and ready to be treasured on your wedding day. We ship through SF Express with tracking which takes 2 to 3 days for customers from Hong Kong, China & Macao.
We are not responsible for lost packages once it leaves our hands & has been confirmed delivered by the SF Express Service. Please track your package with the tracking code you are sent when your order has been shipped & plan to be home to welcome your package.
Insurance is not included in the price of shipping. If you want to fully insure your package, please let us know so we can invoice you for the extra charges.
international Shipping
We gladly ship internationally by Hong Kong Air Registered Mail which takes 20 to 40 days with tracking. Express mail (SpeedPost or DHL）is offered at checkout which takes 3 to 7 business days.
The Buyer is responsible for all country import tax and duties. Please calculate the total cost of your countries duties before ordering. We do not mark packages as a gift or for a lesser purchase value.

Please be sure to be home to receive your package when it is delivered. We are not responsible for re-shipment cost if your package is returned due to an undeliverable address or if you are not home to receive it.
Please know that we cannot be responsible for shipments that have been held up in Customs. It is recommended that international orders be placed at least 3 to 4 months prior to your wear date, to resolve any problems that may arise.
You are always welcomed to reach us for supporting and we will be more than happy to release support for any possibility. However, please understand we are no control of the delivery.
Exchange & Return Policy
All sales are final so please choose your accessory carefully and email us with any questions prior to purchasing your piece.
Everything in Janice Tan Co is handmade & no two pieces will ever be exactly the same. We make semi-products from the raw materials such as clay and fabric and then to the final products. Due to slight differences in materials & the creative processes, please know there may be minor differences. This is also a desired & normal look in the designs.
We are always available and happy to consult or answer any questions you may have in choosing the perfect jewelry, crown or veil to compliment your gown.
After receiving your item, please inspect the piece immediately. You will have 5 business days from the time of receipt to notify us of any errors.
If you receive the incorrect product or if your product arrives damaged (not due to shipping), please email us from the contact form at the end of this page. There are no returns or refunds on items that have signs of being worn or have been damaged after the wedding date.
If the item's damage is not due to shipping, you will need to notify us within 5 business days of item receipt and we will repair or replace as needed. After 5 days of receipt, any damages to the item will be the responsibility of the buyer.
Non authorized returns and customized items are not returnable and you will be returned to you as well as you will be responsible for the shipping charge back to you.
All sales are final on custom orders and sale pieces.
All purchases made through this shop will be subject to these terms, so please inspect your order immediately after receipt. Please do wait until after your wedding.
There are no returns or refunds after your wedding.
Bespoke Orders
We invite minor custom changes to most pieces as long as they are within the basic guidelines of Janice Tan Co collections. Please email us regarding questions about the possibilities of customizing your accessory. This process can take 8 to 10 weeks.
Each piece is individually handmade to order with patience & care. We work very hard to give the best quality with a pricing structure that is as fair as possible. Please know that the prices for my designs are non-negotiable. We are not willing to redesign a piece with lesser quality materials for a better price. This creates more work & cost more than making it as sampled.
Please be respectful & do not ask for discounts & do not ask me to copy another designers pieces.
We are always available and happy to consult with you. We will answer any questions you may have in deciding what to purchase from our website for your accessory or veil to accompany your gown. You may send swatches for color or images of your gown so that we can help you choose the perfect accessory for your wedding day.
