Shipping

Domestic

I ship your order from Hong Kong, but I also ship out your order from my studio in Shenzhen, a southern city in China.

Within Hong Kong, Items are shipped via SF Express (2-3 business days) with tracking and no insurance included. If you would like insurance to cover damage or loss to your item during shipping please contact me. I am not responsible for lost/stolen that occur during shipping. If your order arrives of damages, please do capture photo of the parcel and the products, and contact me within 3 business days. I will be trying my best to figure out solution with both carrier and you. This shipping time frame does not include production time so be sure to check each listing for production times. When your order ships, you will automatically receive an email with a link to the tracking information. If your item has just been shipped it takes a couple hours for it to read in the online system.

International

If your shipping address is outside Hong Kong, then your item will be shipped using Air Registered Mail via HongKongPost. This does include partial tracking but not insurance. I am not responsible for lost/stolen that occur during shipping. If your order arrives of damages, please do capture photo of the parcel and the products, and contact me within 3 business days. I will be trying my best to figure out solution with both carrier and you. I am happy to upgrade shipping to a full trackable and/or insured method, SpeedPost by HongKongPost or DHL. International items have to clear customs so this can occasionally cause a delay due to hold ups in customs. Each country varies in their process and timeliness. It typically takes at least 2 weeks for delivery but it can take up to 8 weeks or more. Please contact me if you have not received your within 2-3 weeks. The package will have a tracking number with full track ability but only for SpeedPost & DHL express. Many countries also charge duties for importing goods. Duties are taxes and fees charged by your country to receive items from other countries. You are responsible for those fees. These vary by country so I suggest contacting your customs office to find out what the rates and fees are for your package.

Please let me know if you have any additional questions. I am happy to help.
